Come join us and see how small handcrafted maple syrup batches are created the traditional way. From a small wood-fired evaporator, Visitors can view the maple operation as they tour the sap house. Learn and witness pure maple sap boiled down into fresh maple syrup. You can explore a small maple tap and tubing area at the top of the hill, with amazing views of the surrounding hills and Mt Washington..

A variety of plastic & glass syrup jug sizes/grades will be available at our open-air farmers market stand next to the sap house, maple candy, maple cotton candy, fudge, lollipops, maple nuts, granulated sugar, pancake mix, kids activity books, gift baskets, logo tee shirts, and koozies will all be available.

Maine Maple Weekend (Saturday & "Maple Sunday") is always the fourth weekend in March. Our Sap house doors are open to the public from 9 am until sunset or so. Come see how small handcrafted maple syrup batches are created the traditional way. From a small wood-fired evaporator, you can smell the maple and wood smoke steam rise out of the sap house. You can explore a small maple tap and tubing area at the top of the hill, with amazing views of the surrounding hills and Mt Washington..

Come sample some syrup on vanilla ice cream and check out the available Pure Maple products, hot drinks, and good food available for purchase.
You can learn about the process of making Maple Syrup from scratch and enjoy some stories around the sap house.
